ELECTRO TANGO CONCERT WITH “SAN TELMO LOUNGE” ARG
WORKSHOP NEO TANGO + NEO MILONGA CONCERT
founded in 2003 by its leader, the guitarist and composer Martin Delgado. Its first
expressions were linked to electronic tango and its premise has always been to experiment
with the sound of tango in dialogue with other very diverse genres such as jazz, cumbia,
folklore, rock and many others.
He currently has 8 record releases, has toured extensively in Europe and South America,
was nominated for the 2008 Gardel Award, was a finalist in the 2011 and 2012 USA
Songwriting Competition, was recognized with the 2007 MUSIC award by the Musicians
Union of Rosario and the Order of the Chip 2014 of the Ministry of Culture of Santa Fe. To
this day, STL has become one of the benchmarks on the international map of tango and its
fusions.
On this occasion the band is performing in the SAN TELMO LOUNGE DUO SET format,
made up of Martín Delgado on guitar, sampler, keyboards and recitals and Amy
Münchgesang on lead, violin and viola.

SHOW WITH IVAN ROMERO 2004 WORLD CHAMPION & SILVANA NUÑEZ (Argentina)
Guest artists: Ivan Romero (2004 World Champion) & Silvana Nuñez (Argentina)
Since 2009, Ivan and Silvana have formed a unique artistic couple, merging stage and salon styles to create a distinctive, personal and energetic product.
Ivan began his dancing career with Argentine folklore. In 2004, he won the Hugo del Carril championship in Buenos Aires. The same year, in August, he became the “Tango World Champion in the 2004 Stage Tango category” during a world and official competition in Argentina, in Buenos Aires. As the 2004 World Champion, he represented the Buenos Aires City Government at numerous events and festivals in the country and abroad.
Silvana, for her part, fell in love with Tango at the age of 14 and quickly channeled her passion into teaching, giving classes at the most prestigious Tango schools in Buenos Aires. In 2003, she was summoned for the first time as a jury to the official Tango championships in Argentina.

This trio plays Tango and Folkore, adapting its repertoire to concert halls, Peñas and Milongas.

Before the milonga there will be a thematic tango workshop from 4.00pm to 5.30pm.
