All levels : Women’s Technique: dynamics and flexibility. Work the elegance of the Adornos. Technique of the different Boleos.

All levels : Men’s Technique: exercises to improve anchoring and balance. Work the body in a spiral through the enrosques and the Ochos.

All levels : Couple technique: connection and dialogues in music. Reciprocal listening, listening guidance, follow-up that responds.
